Autodesk’s Fusion 360 is one of the world’s most popular software packages for 3D Modeling. It is widely used by industry and also by hobbyists, students and business start-ups because there are FREE versions that they can use.  We’re going to focus on its computer-aided design tools (CAD), but F360 can also do computer-aided manufacturing (CAM), simulations, rendering, printed circuit board design, and much more.

If you want to learn how to design things that you can 3D print, cut with a laser or vinyl cutter or make with CNC tools then you should come to this intro class because we’re going to quickly get you started.

We suggest you bring your own Windows or Mac laptop with a mouse. Please come with the Personal License version of F360 already installed (or one of the other versions if you qualify). Fusion 360 doesn’t require a powerful laptop, although it should have at least 4 GB of memory installed.
